Alyssa Siffermann
Executive Director
Alyssa Arnold is an accomplished leader with over fifteen years of experience in developing and implementing innovative programs, exhibitions, and community activations across diverse third spaces. Her passion lies in reaching new audiences, removing access barriers, and fostering connections through engaging experiences. As Executive Director of Fair Park First, she oversees the Community Park project while reinventing the non-profit and ensuring the organization's health as it evolves.
In her previous positions at Fair Park, Alyssa was responsible for transforming the 277-acre Fair Park campus into a vibrant community and cultural hub by identifying and creating unique opportunities for public uses, activations, and engagement. She played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Fair Park South Dallas Cultural District, launching community programming, and driving strategic partnerships and community engagement initiatives. She oversaw the development of the 2020 Fair Park Master Plan Update and has since overseen its implementation to date, including the development of the Community Park and the Fair Park Visitor Center, as well as enhancing the overall visitor experience and site resiliency, and expanding community outreach.
Before joining Fair Park, Alyssa served in leadership roles at the Crow Museum of Asian Art, where she managed public-facing operations, including visitor experiences, public programs, and community outreach. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. She spends her free time with her husband, newborn son, stepdaughter, and their beloved menagerie of dogs and cats.
