The Community Park at Fair Park is a transformative project designed to create a welcoming green space on what is currently the Park’s largest parking lot.

The 2020 Fair Park Master Plan Update is the 20-year road map to guide the long-term revitalization of Fair Park, ensuring it remains a vibrant, accessible, and welcoming destination for current and future generations.

The Fair Park South Dallas District (FPSDD) is a 2-square-mile hub of history, culture, and connectivity made up of Fair Park, the Juanita J. Craft House, Ochre House Theater, the South Dallas Cultural Center, and The Forest Theatre, among others.
